It's in those moments of pure presence, when we're not overthinking or overanalysing, that magic happens. When we're laughing without a care, dancing like no one's watching, or simply enjoying the warmth of the sun on our skin. 🌞

So today, I challenge you to have a mindLESS moment. Let your thoughts float away like clouds. Be silly. Be spontaneous. Be free.

Remember, it's okay to give your mind a break. After all, we're human BEings, not human DOings. 😉

Starting my day with meditation has become a sacred ritual. Sitting in stillness, connecting with my breath, and grounding myself brings immense peace and clarity. It’s a vital part of my routine that helps me stay centered and connected to my inner self. The benefits of meditation are profound. I notice a significant reduction in stress and a deeper sense of calm and focus throughout the day. It’s a moment of self-care that pays off immensely. If you haven’t incorporated meditation into your life, I highly recommend it. Start with just a few minutes a day and gradually increase the time. You’ll be amazed at how it transforms your mindset and overall well-being.

Recieving guidance and having the courage to act on it is a spiritual practice of learning to connect deeply within and recieve from a place within us that isnt caught up in agendas and attached to outcomes. This is why recieving guidnace can be tricky at times. The ego loves to convince us that its ideas and wants and needs are coming from or intuition or guidance, but if theres an agenda to what you recieve then perhaps take a breath and ask where the guidance is coming from. This was a great converation with Ishtar in our latest podcast about guidance and learning discernment for where your guidance is comeing from. Ishtar shares some tips to help you cultivate your dicernment. There are some that beleive higher guidance is free of challenges but this isnt always the case if the soul to guiding towards an initation for the purpose of learning and growing. In these situations our higher guidance can be the last thing our personality and ego wishes to follow.

One of the most transformative practices I’ve embraced is keeping a gratitude journal.Taking a few moments to reflect and write down the blessings in my life, no matter how small or seemingly insignificant.

A practice of gratitude wether written or through daily verbal acknowledgement has profoundly impacted my ability to accept where i’m at, be gratiful for the lessons and refections brought to us by others and various situations and events in life. It has helped me shift my focus from what I lack to the abundance that surrounds me. It has reminded me of the beauty within and the gifts I have to offer the world.

When I acknowledge and appreciate the simple joys in life, I feel a deep sense of contentment and inner peace. This practice has taught me to embrace my imperfections and celebrate the journey, rather than constantly striving for an unattainable ideal or living in the furure with a mind set of “”when”” that pulls me out of the present moment.

If you’re seeking to cultivate more self-love and appreciation for your life just as it is, I highly recommend starting your own practice of gratitude journal. Take a few minutes each day to reflect on the blessings in your life, and watch as your perspective shifts how your reality shifts with it.
